You owe it to yourself to fight for a New Social Contract. Join JFK to take an Equity Stake for Working New Yorkers and all Americans.

New
Social Contract

The old contract is void.

The New Social Contract is made up of a:

Guaranteed Income from Tech's Productivity

Guaranteed Affordable Housing

Guaranteed (Free) Childcare

Guaranteed Healthcare

Guaranteed (Free) Education, 16 Years

Housing Equity

10,000 New Homes at 50%

The One45 Project is an example of how Do Nothing Democrats have let unaffordable housing policy displace +20,000 Black & Latin people who have made Uptown and The Bronx famous. We have a plan to secure 10,000 new units at 50% affordability within a first term. JFK's activism helped get a 100% affordable building in Inwood, and it is time to scale that with federal funding along with a restructure of Area Median Income (AMI) to Local (LMI).

EducationAL Equity

We must withhold funds from the US Government to reinvest in State & City education departments, and use it to incentivize more businesses and families to move here.

A.i. Equity

Technology has outpaced our current legislation. The people in power have no clue how to talk about what to do, but we do! The tech economy owes all Data Slaves an income for their input to productive corporate automation.

Tax Equity

Raising taxes on New Yorkers has never driven them out of The Greatest City On Earth. We need a ≥ 50% top marginal tax rate on incomes above $10 Million. In the 1950's it was 91%.

Housing Equity

The housing crisis has displaced ≥ 20,000 Black & Latiné people who made Uptown famous and it's a policy choice by Do Nothing Democrats. We can build housing back, with dignity!

Take Action

When JFK says "We Owe Us" he means we owe it to ourselves to fight back. Will you volunteer for 1-3 hours a week to talk to your neighbors with us?
